Scientists Make Shocking New Claims About UFO Origins

Recently, two scientists from very different fields were asked the same question. Are we being visited, and if so, by what.
The first is Dean Radin, the chief scientist at the Institute of Noetic Sciences. He has worked at Bell Labs, at Princeton, and inside the government’s classified remote viewing program, the effort to describe distant places using only the mind. In his recent appearance on The Joe Rogan Experience, Radin stated that if these craft are real, they may not have crossed a vast distance to reach us at all. He leans toward an idea he credits to the physicist Hal Puthoff, that the visitors are not from the future or from far away, but from Earth’s own deep past, an intelligence that may have been here, or right beside us, far longer than humans have, and simply moved ahead.
Then Joe Rogan addressed that the deep ocean would be the best place to hide. Rep. Tim Burchett came on the podcast and described five deep-ocean locations tied to ongoing activity, and Rogan pointed to reports of transmedium craft, objects said to move from air into water without slowing down. Radin’s larger point was that humans have barely looked, noting that we have mapped more of the moon than the floor of our own oceans.
Radin also addressed why the subject stays murky. According to him, a large amount of misinformation has been pushed by government and other sources to deflect attention. That is where his own method becomes part of the story. When the conversation turned to researchers tied to the UFO story who have died or gone missing, Radin said he protects himself and his colleagues by publishing everything they do and keeping it in the public domain, so none of it can be quietly buried. He stated that work that is already public is not worth silencing, which makes openness a form of safety as well as science.

According to Avi Loeb, who leads the Harvard-based Galileo Project, the goal is to gather hard evidence in the open rather than wait on a sealed file. His three observatories, including the newest on top of the Las Vegas Sphere, now feed their data into artificial intelligence trained to flag any object that moves outside the limits of human-built craft. According to Loeb, he is not interested in a blurry video or a story. He wants distance, speed, and acceleration measured on the same object from several points at once, because that is the kind of evidence that cannot be waved away. He supports the disclosure push tied to the June 9 Capitol press conference, but he has not seen the government’s data, and he said the files released in two batches in May showed no conclusive evidence of non-human technology. Asked whether his own system has flagged anything, Loeb said not yet.
But that answer becomes more difficult to digest next to a claim from former national security analyst Matthew Brown. Brown says he found a classified program, which he calls Immaculate Constellation, that used AI to collect and filter UFO footage from military servers before most of the defense and intelligence community ever saw it. As of now, the Pentagon denies that any such program exists.

Set side by side, the two uses of the same technology point in opposite directions, and that is what makes Loeb’s work read as a direct answer to Brown’s. Loeb is using AI to surface anomalies in the open, where the public can check the data. Brown says AI was used to bury them in secret, where almost no one could. If Brown is right, then a quiet system has been deciding what counts as real before any scientist ever sees it. Loeb’s entire project is built to remove that middle step, by gathering the data himself, in public, with no filter between the camera and the rest of us. So when Loeb reports that nothing has been found yet, we need to ask an important question. Does nothing found mean nothing is there, or does it mean nothing is reaching the people who are allowed to look.
