Matthew Brown Decodes His Cryptic UFO Tweet

Matthew Brown, the former Department of Defense policy adviser behind the Immaculate Constellation report, has offered his most detailed public claims yet during a new interview on the American Alchemy channel with Jesse Michels. While Brown has hinted at some of these ideas before, this conversation moved into specifics he had previously avoided.
According to Brown, an oral tradition inside what he calls the legacy program describes agreements struck between the United States and a third party in possession of advanced technology. He breaks the arrangement into two parts. The first sets aside certain areas within United States borders that are to be left alone, with no development, no military operations, and no human activity. The second involves some form of access to and communication with humans of their choosing. Brown places the origin somewhere in the Truman and Eisenhower era. He anchors the idea to a real reference, noting that in 1971 the United States and the Soviet Union signed an agreement during the Strategic Arms Limitation Talks that included notifying one another about events that could be misread as an attack. Brown uses this as an open-source example that nations do coordinate around unexplained events, while remaining skeptical of the more detailed lore, such as the so-called Eisenhower meeting/treaty.
Brown also corrected the record on the program itself. The public version, as summarized during the 2024 House hearing with Representative Nancy Mace, said Immaculate Constellation was created after Luis Elizondo made the AATIP effort public in 2017. Brown now says that is not accurate, describing the program as old, run out of the National Security Council, and not created in response to Elizondo. He argues the 2017 origin line and the term “alien reproduction vehicle” were intentional counterintelligence markers, or poison pills, placed so that a leak could be traced to a single reader. As reference, this method is not unique to Brown. Bob Lazar described a similar practice years ago, in which people with clearances are handed slightly different files so a leak can be matched back to the person who talked.
Much of the interview centered on a tweet Brown addressed to Elon Musk, which he decoded line by line. He confirmed that “Sirius,” spelled S-I-R-I-U-S, referenced the star system and government programs, that 1947 was a Roswell reference, and that his mention of rockets feeling “so 1947” pointed to propulsion beyond chemical combustion, which he identified as electromagnetic or electrogravitic. He pointed toward Pax River in Maryland and a defense contractor called Amentum Corporation, which he says owns parts of EG&G, a company with a documented history around atomic testing.
One of the more unusual details was Brown’s decoding of the closing word of his tweet, which he pronounces “Aborym,” describing it as an Enochian angel tied to the system developed by John Dee. As reference, John Dee was an advisor and astrologer to Queen Elizabeth the First, and beginning in the early 1580s he worked with a scryer named Edward Kelley. According to historical record, the two men said they were receiving a language and instructions directly from angelic entities during hundreds of recorded sessions. Kelley would gaze into a crystal or an obsidian mirror and report what he saw, and Dee would write it down, producing what became known as the Enochian system, complete with a wax seal called the Sigillum Dei Aemeth that listed a hierarchy of these angels. What matters for Brown’s framing is what Dee believed he was contacting. Dee recorded that the entities claimed to be the same beings who taught Adam, and that their instruction would reshape the political structure of Europe. By dropping an Enochian angel’s name into a modern message about non-human intelligence, Brown draws a deliberate line from a documented sixteenth-century claim of contact straight through to the present. Whether that symbolism is persuasive is left to the reader, but it fits a pattern across the interview of pointing to a very old story rather than a recent one.
In the interview’s darkest turn, Brown offered his own speculation that stories of people used as bait to draw craft down may be cover for a breeding effort, aimed over several generations at producing what he called a super psychic child. He tied the idea loosely to genetic research discussed by Garry Nolan, who has reported physical differences in the brains of some people who report repeated encounters. Brown was candid about the personal cost of speaking out, saying he regrets coming forward on a personal level while maintaining that on a civic level it needed to be done.
