Congressman Briefed On Secret UFO Breeding Program

A former United States congressman with above-standard compartmentalized clearance has gone on record describing one of the most striking briefings of his time in office. Speaking on the Benny Johnson Show, the former legislator recounted being visited in his Florida congressional office by a uniformed United States Army official who outlined a secret military program allegedly involving captured non-human entities in forced breeding programs with human subjects, at between six and twelve domestic locations. He acknowledged he did not verify the claims but noted that given the volume of corroborating disclosures that have since emerged, the account is not easily dismissed.
At the same time, independent UAP researcher Sam Gerb, known online as UAPgerb, sat down with Missouri Congressman Eric Burlison on the Fresh Freedom Podcast to present a detailed structural account of how these programs may actually be organized. According to Gerb, who spent two years building direct relationships with individuals claiming firsthand knowledge of UAP retrieval and exploitation programs, the structure operates as a pyramid. At the top sat a UAP control group, with former Vice President Dick Cheney referenced as the last individual to hold a centralized view of the full portfolio. Since Cheney left office in 2009 and passed away in late 2025, Gerb argues that central oversight collapsed and no single person has held a complete picture since.
Below that former apex, per Gerb’s account, sit the major intelligence agencies and armed forces, followed by federally funded national laboratories including Sandia, Los Alamos, and Lawrence Livermore — government-owned but contractor-operated institutions that Gerb says provide plausible deniability. At the base are the defense prime contractors, whose personnel may be building components of classified programs without ever being told what the broader effort actually is.

He also addressed the Department of Energy’s role, pointing to a legal classification category created in 1954 called restricted data — what is known as born classification — meaning these materials are secret by their very nature and require no executive order to classify or declassify them. That same legal language, he noted, appeared in the UAP disclosure amendments of 2023, 2024, and 2025. Whistleblower Dylan Borland, who testified before the House in 2025, stated that while working at the Defense Threat Reduction Agency he encountered Atomic Energy Commission files concluding that some UAP were of non-human origin.
