NASA Can Legally Hide Extraterrestrial Discoveries and Dr. Garry Nolan UFO Encounter

A Stanford professor who has worked with the CIA admitted he overlooked critical data in his own laboratory for five years. Dr. Garry Nolan, speaking in a recent interview with Dr. Mayim Bialik, revealed that material from the 1957 Ubatuba incident in Brazil was not magnesium as previously believed, but 99.99 percent pure silicon with isotope ratios that should not exist.

According to Nolan, a physicist calculated that shifting silicon’s natural isotope ratios by the amount observed would require energy levels exceeding human capability at that time. Every element has a consistent isotopic fingerprint throughout our solar system, and the silicon in this sample had the wrong “fingerprint”. However, a 2022 study published in the Journal of Scientific Exploration found that magnesium isotope ratios in Ubatuba fragments fell within terrestrial limits, noting that fractionation during heat treatment could explain small departures.

Nolan has also stated his provisional belief that something non-human has been here longer than humans have been civilized. Based on information from inside the intelligence community, he suggests that reported entities may be avatars or biological robots serving as intermediaries rather than the actual intelligence behind the phenomenon. He has also claimed he was threatened with lethal force by someone connected to the White House for speaking openly.

The second story involves NASA’s legal authority to classify discoveries. The National Aeronautics and Space Act of 1958 allows classification for national security reasons, and a 1960 Brookings Institution report recommended studying how information about extraterrestrial artifacts might be withheld from the public.

Dr. John Brandenburg, a deputy manager on the 1994 Clementine lunar mission, stated in an interview referenced by Ross Coulthart that the mission was a photo reconnaissance operation to check if someone was building bases on the moon. According to Coulthart’s book In Plain Sight, Apollo 14 astronaut Edgar Mitchell privately admitted that structured blue lights followed his spacecraft from Earth to the moon and back. When asked why he never spoke publicly, Mitchell gave a one-word answer: treason. Mitchell held a doctorate from MIT and logged over 216 hours in space, making his private confession difficult to dismiss.
