Representative Eric Burlison from Missouri has revealed that a potentially significant new whistleblower may be coming forward to meet with congressional investigators. According to an extensive interview Burlison gave to the Psicoactivo podcast, David Grusch, the intelligence officer turned whistleblower who now serves as a special advisor on Burlison’s staff, has been working to connect lawmakers with this new source. When asked about the potential significance of this witness, Burlison stated the individual has the potential to be the best witness they have had, a notable statement given previous testimony from figures like Grusch himself, Ryan Graves, and David Fravor.
Burlison was refreshingly candid about the political challenges facing UAP disclosure efforts. He described involvement in the topic as politically toxic, noting that only himself, Congresswoman Anna Paulina Luna, and Congressman Tim Burchett have been willing to consistently push for transparency. According to Burlison, the UAP Disclosure Act came very close to passing before being blocked, with committee staff determining the language was out of scope for the National Defense Authorization Act, a decision he called flatly false.
The congressman also revealed he has made formal requests to the White House to visit underground facilities where alleged UAP materials might be stored. More intriguingly, he disclosed that he is reaching out directly to Vice President JD Vance, reasoning that if the Vice President requests access to locations like Dugway Proving Grounds or Area 51, it becomes much harder for the Department of Defense or CIA to deny entry. However, that did not stop them for stopping Former Presidents Jimmy Carter and Bill Clinton.

In a separate development, researcher Richard Dolan discussed his extensive investigation into unidentified submerged objects during an appearance on Reality Check with Ross Coulthart. Dolan, who has documented nearly 700 USO cases, identified Catalina Island off the California coast as a genuine hotspot for anomalous activity. This is the same general region where the famous Tic Tac encounter with the USS Nimitz occurred in 2004.
Dolan’s research uncovered a striking statistical anomaly. Before 1967, USO sightings were split almost exactly 50/50 between daytime and nighttime. After 1967, that ratio shifted dramatically to 75 percent nighttime sightings, with military encounters specifically jumping to nearly 90 percent at night. According to the discussion, this shift may correlate with the introduction of the KH-4B Corona spy satellite, which offered significantly improved optical reconnaissance capabilities. The implication suggests that whatever intelligence is behind these objects may have adapted its behavior to avoid improving surveillance technology.

Dolan also found that military vessels experience electromagnetic interference at twice the rate of civilian vessels during USO encounters, with communication systems failing and radar stopping, suggesting something intelligent is conducting reconnaissance on military assets.
