Navy Admiral: Ocean Programs More Classified Than Space

Retired Navy Rear Admiral Tim Gallaudet has made startling revelations about underwater UFO encounters and the military’s most secretive programs during a recent interview on the Danny Jones Show. According to Gallaudet, who spent three decades in naval operations and commanded over 120 underwater drones, the most highly classified programs in the U.S. government are not space-related or nuclear weapons programs, but rather underwater security operations.

During the interview, Gallaudet emphasized the extreme classification level surrounding submarine operations, stating that “nuclear security and undersea security” represent “the most highly classified programs in the government.” This assessment aligns with recent statements from former CIA intelligence officer John Ramirez, who has similarly indicated that underwater operations may hold the key to understanding UFO phenomena. Gallaudet’s unique perspective comes from his extensive experience commanding oceanographic operations and his role overseeing naval weather and oceanography services across multiple combat deployments.

The most compelling account shared by Gallaudet involves a metallic sphere observed over the USS Dwight D. Eisenhower. According to his testimony, a Yale graduate student serving as Navy aircrew witnessed the incident through night vision goggles during what appeared to be a real-world emergency response. The object, described as “a metallic sphere about the size of a smart car,” moved slowly over the aircraft carrier strike group before accelerating instantaneously and disappearing over the horizon. Gallaudet noted that the sphere showed “no signs of propulsion or flight control surfaces,” behaving more like a biological entity than conventional aircraft technology.

Perhaps more significant than individual sightings is the frequency of these encounters. Senior Chief Petty Officer Alex Wiggins from the USS Jackson confirmed to Gallaudet that such incidents occur regularly off the Southern California coast. According to Wiggins’ account, Navy personnel have become “desensitized” to these encounters due to their frequent occurrence. The crew had developed an internal filing system for UFO footage, creating folders labeled “Range Fowlers” — naval terminology for anything abnormal — to catalog the numerous infrared recordings captured during operations.

Gallaudet also revealed a disturbing encounter involving a ballistic missile submarine in the North Atlantic. According to the account provided to him by a submarine officer, an unknown object approached the nuclear submarine with characteristics resembling “a Russian torpedo in terms of closing fast and at a high rate of speed.” The crew executed emergency procedures, diving to near-crush depth to avoid what they believed was an incoming attack. However, when the object reached the submarine, it stopped, circled the vessel’s stern, and then rapidly departed the area. This incident occurred in an area where no enemy presence was expected and during conditions that should have made the submarine undetectable.

The systematic nature of these encounters around nuclear-powered platforms is particularly noteworthy. According to Gallaudet’s testimony, “a lot of these events have happened around nuclear powered aircraft carriers,” specifically mentioning the Theodore Roosevelt and Nimitz. This pattern suggests these phenomena show specific interest in humanity’s most advanced military technologies, particularly nuclear systems.

The classification level surrounding underwater operations creates a significant barrier to public understanding of these phenomena. Gallaudet’s position that underwater programs contain data that “are locked tight” indicates that crucial information about UFO encounters remains hidden within the military’s most secretive compartments. His willingness to share these accounts publicly, despite potential legal and professional risks, suggests the scope of undisclosed information is substantial.

The convergence of multiple factors — routine UFO encounters off California, systematic documentation by Navy personnel, specific interest in nuclear platforms, and extreme classification of underwater operations — points to a phenomenon far more extensive than previously acknowledged. Gallaudet’s credentials and direct access to classified naval operations lend significant weight to these revelations, challenging conventional understanding of both UFO phenomena and the extent of government knowledge regarding these encounters.
