According to the latest reporting from journalist Ross Coulthart on Sky News Australia, FBI Director Kash Patel is conducting a secret investigation into allegations that UFO witnesses and whistleblowers have been murdered to protect government secrets maintaining the UFO coverup. This development represents the first time a senior law enforcement official has taken such allegations seriously with the full authority to pursue criminal charges.
The investigation gains credibility from mounting congressional testimony that confirms a pattern of witness intimidation and potential murder. During the July 26, 2023 congressional hearing, former intelligence officer David Grusch was directly questioned about people being harmed or killed to conceal extraterrestrial technology. When Representative Tim Burchett asked Grusch if he had “personal knowledge of people who have been harmed or injured in efforts to cover up or conceal these extraterrestrial technology,” Grusch answered simply: “Yes.”
The exchange became more alarming when Burchett pressed further, asking if anyone had been murdered. According to the congressional record, Grusch responded: “I directed people with that knowledge to the appropriate authorities.” He indicated he could discuss details in a classified setting, but access to a SCIF (Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility) was denied for the public hearing.
Grusch’s testimony is corroborated by other whistleblowers who have come forward. According to statements made on the Weaponized podcast, whistleblower Matthew Brown confirmed that “lethal action has been taken against people that tried to get the truth out.” Brown went further, stating he believes people have been killed because they “knew too much on this topic” and claimed he “could probably help someone else prove it.”
The pattern of intimidation extends beyond individual cases. Brown described a network of whistleblowers, noting that “if all of us die or imprisoned, the seeds have been planted, more will come.” This suggests an organized effort to silence witnesses that has created fear throughout the UFO disclosure community.

What makes Patel’s investigation unprecedented is his unique combination of authority and access. As FBI Director, he possesses legal jurisdiction over federal crimes including murder and witness intimidation. Unlike previous UFO researchers who could only collect testimonies, Patel has the power to subpoena documents, interview witnesses under oath, and potentially bring criminal charges against those involved in covering up UFO secrets.
Patel’s background provides him with exceptional insight into potential government UFO programs. According to his official biography, he previously served as Deputy Assistant to the President on the National Security Council, Principal Deputy to the Acting Director of National Intelligence, and Chief of Staff to the Acting Secretary of Defense. These positions would have granted him access to classified information about any government programs dealing with UFO witnesses, intimidation operations, or cover-up activities.
The scope of Patel’s investigation could be massive, potentially covering federal crimes spanning 75 years across multiple agencies. According to statements from Senator Marco Rubio, many UFO witnesses remain “very fearful of their jobs, fearful of harm coming to them,” suggesting that intimidation efforts are ongoing rather than historical. This indicates Patel may be investigating active criminal operations.

The investigation fundamentally changes the UFO disclosure debate. Rather than focusing on whether UFOs exist, the framework shifts to examining how many people have been killed to hide the truth. Federal prosecutors often work their way up criminal organizations by starting with enforcers and offering plea deals in exchange for testimony against those running operations.
The implications are staggering. If Patel can build criminal cases against those involved in witness intimidation, it could lead to plea deals that expose decades of illegal UFO-related activities. The investigation could potentially result in criminal charges, congressional hearings, and disclosure that makes previous UFO revelations appear insignificant.
